"Not strong enough to hurt themselves" some of us will always find a way.
-
"Most people are so weak they're not strong enough to hurt themselves." 😂
-

-
This man's voice scratches something in my brain... so captivating
-
I once fell just by standing in place. Never underestimate my power to decimate myself.
-
"Most people are so weak, they're not strong enough to hurt themselves." I find this strangely comforting
-
This guy has the absolute perfect voice for narrating, voice acting, and commercial ads.
-
something about this guys voice is so easy to listen to it’s just so soothing for some reason
-
Toddler > 300 llb deadlift 😢
-
Deadlifts are also very practical lifts because picking heavy things up is something people do very often whether it's a couch, grocery bags, or kids, so having the strength and technique to do that safely is really important
-
I agree with this dude 99.8% The other 0.2% was me, an experienced weightlifter since nearly 7years, popping a disc while putting on my shoes 🤣
-
Dr. Mike is one of the single most funniest and knowledgable fitness guy on the internet. Always get glued to his content.
-
This man was genuinely captivating, no ego, just pure and simple guidance, once again one of the strongest being one of the kindest to beginners. Props to you sir. I’ll always remember that one giant, riped off dude, just came to me and gave me and 30-40 seconds advice, completely changed the exercice for the better.

I've been a ballet dancer, massage therapist, and a nurse... Can confirm most people hurt themselves doing the most uneventful thing... Like getting out of bed in the morning, Walking on uneven pavement, etc. i have dance half of my life, and have never tore anything... My worst injury was a torn ankle ligament when i fell getting into my house🤦♀️ years after i stopped dancing.
-
Ok, why do I love this guy's voice so much? The way he presents the problems and his arguments is just so clean and chill
-
Hearing Dr. Mike say "UPPIES," made my day. 😂
-
The second Dr. Mike is real smart, I like every he says but honestly he is terrifying. It's like he's suppressing the need to scream for polite conversation
-
“Yeeeeah … with good technique” spoken like Giancarlo Esposito
-
It's worth noting that, if I recall correctly, in the original podcast ,other than what Dr.Mike already said, he also mentioned that it's fine to do it as a beginner as long as you're not maxing out, but anyway, as a beginner it's very difficult too Max out whilst keeping good technique

I use to have the worst form, it’s amazing how looking up at the ceiling helps straighten your back
