Put the DM mount in the freezer overnight and then immediately slide it in when you pull it from the freezer. Worked for me, no hammering.

Design Machine is the best mount hands down. I’ve owned two p90 for 12 years, and DM is perfect. If you take an inside measurement, DM will make to order. There are different generations of the p90, so inside tolerance will vary

I installed the same product on a PS90, it sled right in without having to use a mallet.

Were you able to use the screws that came with the rail or mount or did you have to find longer ones to put the rails on with the mount looking into this just got my ps90

Real gun scopes are cheaper than airsoft one's so i just got myself the real thing for my p90 airsoft also ity's funny how the real thing from the same company i the same price as the replica

It’s not design machines fault. They even explain it on their website. You should not have forced it in like that risking immediate or future damage to the receiver. “Please note that FN casts their receivers for the P90/PS90 so the tolerances within the receiver are like snowflakes, no two are identical, and can be tens of thousandths different. Thus fitting a precision part into said receiver will have varying results. If your mount happens to be extremely tight (to the point of beating it in with a hammer), give us a call and we will shave down the sides/repaint it for no charge.”
