This happened last year for me, I shut that door by being the bigger person and walking away. I don't care how they perceive me. Everything they said were LIES. They lost me from their life and I'm sure they regret it big time.

This sounds like a situation i had at work where i had a covert Narcissist supervisor who attempted to project himself onto me and I stopped him in his tracks . This narcissist had me fired and it was all based on lies that he spread about me . I filed a complaint of discrimination and its under investigation at this time. I am a spiritual man with a strong faith in God . I am a quiet and peaceful person.
