    1. No one is your friend even though they sound friendly- Never share personal plans about marriage/growth plans. 2. Do not rely on other opinions for the project - you are growing with things you're learning and see the market value. 3. Your full time job is not permanent - Don't make assumptions you can get layed off anytime. 4. Don't leave without full and final settlement - resign properly (send a resignation email) 5. Delay your aggressive response - don't give your peace of mind to other person, hold on your anger for little while and than say solid thoughtful point afterwards. 6. You can be replaced very easily - always learn, keep upscaling 7. Building rapport is not equal to politics - keep yourself updated, communicating with people. 8. Don't keep communication gap- whatever you're doing, keep concern person updated. 9. Don't burn the bridges behind you- network is very important, always leave on positive note. 10. Do not take your office home- don't take the office aggression to home 🏡

Bitter truths about corporate life. It's sad that the time and efforts goes to tackle such things rather than spending to be more productive by doing a real, creative and meaningful work !! 😢

Me, who's just in 12th grade and preparing for my boards in March 2024, but in my mind pretending to relate to whatever she's describing about the harsh reality of corporate jobs. I haven't even experienced college yet, but I'm agreeing with whatever she's saying! And feeling corporate job sucks😂.

I got taste of 6th point, my work quality was highest in our team. After sometime my teammates worked smart and were faster with the tasks, i was and still am stuggling to keep up. I improved my speed of tasks, only with their help, i will never forget this lesson.I put aside my ego and learnt to respect them.
