If SCOTUS was just planning to knock it back to the lower court for more specific filings, why wouldn't have they just done that to begin with? Oh yeah... they just wanted to help delay the trial for Trump.

Anyone at the capital that day wanted to obstruct. People rally in angry mobs for a reason. To suggest that the sentences were unfair is just ridiculous.
