  • Benji, with beets and carrots they hold so much if their minerals and nutrients in the skin, if your juicing you should totally leave them on!

    People who don't like vegetables just don't know how to cook it and make it good. 60+% of everything I eat during a day is fruits and vegetables and I LOVE it.

    Yum. I use kale in my soups. Sausage, kale, gnocci soup is one of my favs to make when I’m sick. I haven’t juiced in a while. I tend to juice more in the warmer months so excited to get back to it. You can use the pulp to make muffins. Like carrot apple banana muffins with the pulp from the carrots and apples, etc. So good!
