Good find. My first time seeing that I always thought if you got to rated MFD then it's good.

im sure this has happened many times to many techs and they have no clue to this day. when they replace the motor they will also replace the cap. the blower will work and they will assume the motor did the job.

cool video. Before I bought a Fieldpiece the only way I checked caps was the ohms way, ramp up and down good, if it acted goofy replace cap, the method always worked. Never forget the primitive ways of checking things.
