In a recent interview, Will Arnett confessed that he had to pull over his car on the way to work and cry on the side of the road because the divorce from Amy Poehler was so painful. While the couple have never confirmed the real reason behind their split, it seems like fans managed to put the pieces together and figure out the truth for themselves.

  • Will Arnett is 51 years old, yet you only felt the need to mention Amy's age several times.

What cracks me up is that people think you have to be “in love” the whole time. Marriage is Work and you cannot be “in love” the whole time, that would just be exhausting. You have to really “Like” each other though...

“They were separated for 2 years, after, out of nowhere, they filed for divorce!“ 🤡

I was sad when I heard these two divorced. They are both so funny and talented. Amy Poehler is one of the best comedians ever, literally!

I remember thinking they were couples goals and lifers who would never split. Now I often forget they were even together. Funny how time passing changes things.

Sometimes it's best to cut your loses while you're still on speaking terms, rather than drag things out to the point you can't stand each other.
  • Amy is one of favorite people she is so funny and talented good for them for getting along and co-parenting
  • I was surprised that amy and will decided to end their marriage but at least they are on good terms for the sake of the kids

They were such a great couple in their prime. Was very surprising when they split. No surprise he now has a second family with his girlfriend who’s 17 years younger…

I heard he did have an affair during his marriage… with a co-star in a television show. C A

Both of them crack me up. At least they're both still friends

the initiation of the divorce could have caused his relapse.. I've been through it, and it does seem like a good idea at that time(drinking, etc). the truth is that no one knows why they divorced, and that's OK edit: I'm betting most divorces boil down to "I don't like you like that anymore", and it's boring and sad anyway

I love this. This is a great inspiring example, of co-parenting.

What a beautiful couple - their kids must be so blessed.
  • I didn't know, Will had a problem with alcohol. Then, had a relapse. As long as he got help and he stays focus on what matters most!
