  • Remember people: don’t feel like you have to get everything designed the way you want so fast for your home. Focus on the most important things first and save for the things needed.
  • Thank you so much for your honesty. This is very encouraging to not rush the process— as someone in the mid 20s— and not feel rushed. I think social media makes us look at the milestone and not consider all the things that come with it. I look forward to when I can be ready, but I’ll be content while I prepare. 😊
  • The smoke detector tip is a great one, I will have to check that
  • The thing with newly flipped houses are that, they used the cheapest material, they cover things that are progressively getting worse but not at its worse yet, to get the house sold. And those things that were progessively getting worse eventually eventually become your problems that you have to spend extra thousands of dollars on within a year or so. So sometimes, if the time allows, its always better to just get a property that is not renovated, so you know what is put into your house.
  • So proud and happy for you!! You’re killing it Jeanine! Praying my parents can become first time homeowners soon, God-willing. 🙏💕
  • I own a condo by myself and it’s easier. Don’t have to worry about half these issues. Mine was also move in ready.
