This was a great interrogation to watch play out as the detective try to outsmart the suspect but the suspect knows what's up. Please share your thoughts and opinions below.

If you're guilty, you need a lawyer... If you're innocent... You REALLY need a Lawyer!!!
  • "Am I under arrest?" "What are the charges?" "Am I free to go?" "I want to speak to my attorney." Everything you need right there.
  • @IQfemtio2
”I’m not gonna answer any more questions..” Proceeds to answer exactly every second question asked.

The thing that has always pissed me of is: it is common practice for investigators to lie and manipulate a suspect...but if the suspect lies to them ...its a crime.

When Rick takes a break from his pawn shop he's out getting interrogated.
  • @jonnyfish76
Detective: We'll give you 20 years for that crime... Rick: Best I can do is 2.
  • “I’m not going to answer questions without a lawyer” 30 min later still in room answering questions

A lot of people maintain that anybody who's done nothing wrong has nothing to fear. The contrary is true. People who've done nothing wrong have everything to fear. 😊
  • Always remember, you can’t talk your way out of trouble, but you can talk your way into it.
  • An attorney once told me- before you speak, there are many roads you can take; as soon as you speak, there is only one.

Seeing Hank Schrader turn to the dark side and outsmart his fellow cops is a nice plot twist and character arc I didn't see coming.

Anyone else think of Ricky from Trailer Park Boys when he was talking? How he always gets out of everything with the cops rambling on and on until the they agree. 😆
  • If a cop EVER SAYS "We want to hear your side of the story" that translates to "we don't have enough to charge you, but, hope you will give us something we can use to charge you"..
  • @famousace4652
What’s incredible is that he is being radically honest while telling them absolutely nothing
  • @dmn5384
How did he "outsmart the cops" here if he still went to prison for the rest of his life??
  • Bro mad respect for playing the video and not interrupting it every 5 seconds like other channels.
  • @susanbrogan6610
He's absolutely right. It's not his job to help them with their investigation. No matter what, get an attorney.
  • @HankBukowski
"Interrogations are like playing poker." Getting involved with our justice system is definitely a gamble.

Saul Goodman: “Hiring a lawyer doesn’t make you look guilty. But going to prison does.
