Whenever I hear the host say, "Surrender your weapon", I immediately imagine a scenario where the guy goes feral and just uses the weapon to kill everyone.

I really want to see Charlie as an actual judge on this show purely for the lack of knowledge he has combined with his enthusiasm all the same.

Actual blacksmiths: have different technology for different blades that have different purpose Tv blacksmiths: here is metal scrap, make a lightsaber in 3 hours

That wiggle is exactly what you want in a sword, it prevents it from bending or breaking, like Tom's hopes and dreams did.

This show is actually really enjoyable. It has a healthy blend of knowledgeable craftsmen forging things, and people swinging objects at other objects.

crafts a holy sword that shoots lasers and can kill God in one swing Local blacksmith NPC: Not too shabby. Apprentice level work, but solid.
