There is always something happening, notifications, deadlines, to-do’s, posing for an hour straight after a shower... and I'm starting to hate it. I feel like I’m in a loop and everything feels like stress.
So I found a method that almost forces you to destress, shuts your body off, to truly experience nothing.

I tried sensory depravation and it was impossible to relax as well. Between constantly hitting the sides of the tank, getting salt in my eyes and mouth and any tiny cut I had on my body burning really bad, it was impossible. It was the longest, most boring hour of my life and I’d never do it again also. Don’t feel too bad, Will!
  • Will is the sweetest, kindest thing. Just appreciate him so much (both on here and on his channel) for always wearing his heart on his sleeve. He has NO hang-ups about being vulnerable/real, and that's what we need

What happened with Will was what he needed, in a way. Through the process, he realized he needed to work more on himself to overcome barriers preventing him from doing 'nothing'. He may not have gotten the desired result, but at least there was something useful he got out of all this. I feel bad he got anxious like that. Stay strong, buddy!

Honestly just floating in a pool on your back is already relaxing enough. Just the muffled ambiance of the pool through your water stuffed ears and just the smooth water flowing around me is enough to send me to sleep

Just want to give Will a hug for allowing himself to complete the hour even though his body gave up, he pushed his mind to stay.
  • @MozartTheGOAT
Wouldn't have been surprised if Browney started doing push ups in the pool
  • Someone give Will a hug and tell him everything is alright and that you're there for him. I could tell he is stressed out a lot.
  • Jesus said "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." He came to save the world from sin by dying on the cross. If you admit you are a sinner and believe that Jesus died on the cross and rose again you will be saved.

This was such a unique experience!!
  • I really appreciate that Will was so vulnerable in this. He's always cracking jokes and in a constant state of movement like many of us. He was very real at the end. <3 Thanks for keeping it real guys.

10:08 Bouncing around the screen like when the TV signal goes off😒
  • Thank you guys for the flash warning I have sezuires so I thought that was super thoughtful to add the warning before hand a lot of content makers don’t add it to thier vids and I end up having a sezuire because of them. Thank you guys for that and I’m sure everyone with epilepsy can also agree.πŸ’• ❀

Definitely one of those things that takes a couple of tries to get used to not... trying to control something. I love floating but i personally wouldnt want the added stressors of the hot and cold before hand. Just seems like it would be harder to bring myself back down from that. Once you finally learn to "let go" thats when floating really helps. Let go of control and just float. I even try to almost sleep. I also do it later in the evening and then after i go to bed and wake up the next morning i feel so refreshed its unbelievable. Also, after a couple of times and you get the hang of it, you'll soon realize that one hour isnt enough. It typically takes me 20-30 minutes for my body and brain to just turn off and relax.
