U forgot to mention somthing at logoss first skill. When enemies defeated there's will be another dmg that have the same amount as the dead enemy get killed and this will bounce once to random enemies. So not only he technically can double hit, when u use his first skill he can deal 3 dmg

Really surprised that we got 2 extremely strong operator on 1 banner. Its usually 1 OP and 1 decent but wow. Good luck to all the Doktah on your pulls whether you save (which I highly recommend) or not and hope the operators you want comes home to you all~

2:36 More accurately, it shares the range of W Alter, it doesn’t have a range of its own. Basically, it doesn’t matter how far it is from the target, it will still shoot as long the target is in W’s sight.
