They never call you for jury duty. They mail you first. What's the scammer's number?

Warrants gets a knock on the door, not a phone call. Unless it is someone I know, I treat every call as a scam. Last year, I was getting spoofed calls from my own number. I wasted so much of their time they finally cursed me and gave up. Give them hell!

" Come arrest me. No one is going to come out and arrest you. " ... until they do! 😂😂😂

Received the exact same call last week and almost feel for it too. Sounded extremely legitimate but said that I was contacting my attorney and they hung up. They called my next door neighbor 5 minutes after they called me trying to scam him as well. They were calling everyone on my road.
  • me: Officer, there must some mistake. I don't do jury duty and just tear up those postcards. Have a nice day!

I'd go down to my local police station and ask them what the hell was going on !!!
  • Bro they don’t even contact you for real jury duty! I got the real mail envelope like 7 months ago. I have 2 addresses one at my mothers house in Houston Tx and my house were I currently live in Arizona! They sent me a summons for jury duty in Texas! Didn’t even go or call the court just had a background check 2 weeks ago nothing shown for both states!

Ask for the warrant number and say your attorney will look into it. Scammers will run away pronto.

Any contact to you from an unknown party whether it be text, e-mail or phone call can almost always be placed in one of two categories: A short con or a long con.
