Tornado touched down in Henderson, North Carolina

The National Weather Service issued a tornado warning for Franklin, Vance and Warren counties until 7:30 p.m. According to the NWS, a storm capably of producing a tornado was spotted near Louisburg, moving north at 40 mph.
