Noel my guy that better help shit was exposed for fake therapists. They don’t need to be genuinely licensed and can lead to people getting advice that could ruin their lives. To need therapy especially online means you need help and that help from unlicensed people could be harmful.

Please do not support better help. The therapists are criminally underpaid, the company sells your mental health info to advertising and media companies, and incentives are given for new clients so some therapists will ditch current clients just to start with new ones and get closer to fair pay. It's not a good company and most therapists dislike the company and what it is doing to the industry
