  • This is Todd btw. The deck is designed for pure aggro. You have to be very smart/selective when you trade otherwise you will very quickly find yourself on the back foot. When you do trade, you want to trade as advantageously as possible i.e keeping as many of your creatures alive/on the board as possible for maximum damage. If you don't have to trade one creature for another but can instead kill the opposing creature while keeping yours alive, do so it will really help in the long run. The deck is designed to have minimal actions so that you are not hampered by your own cultist. At the same time, there is a ton of control (which is largely action based) on the ladder, particularly in the lower ranks. The whole idea is that your cultists allow your small creatures to stick long enough to gain momentum then it's an all-out face race. Edit: I have played daddycakes69 a few times I believe, with both wins and losses. I am not sure though.
  • @Denise-ki9ii
Am watching on my day off work, was good to watch uninterrupted instead of on my lunch break. Sadly you had some unlucky match ups for the type of deck you were playing. With goblins I always keep their field clear and chip away at opponents health. However, that is harder for the deck you were playing as it is built to race. Sometimes racing can push the opponent off their game plan into playing defensively. However, the wax wane health gain match up is the nemesis of an aggro deck. Clearly the game was in a nasty mood.
  • Where did you run that poll? I like when you spectate a little more but still like when you play yourself. Watching is more relaxing than playing yourself, I am less invested that way and can root for both sides haha.
