I've listened to almost all of your videos .BUT this one something extraordinary has happend two nights in a row . I have extremely lucid/vivd dreams with my grandfather . The second time I remember telling him that he's been gone for over 12 years . He responds that hebwas never really gone and he's glad I found a way to communicate with him !!! This has really blown my mind

So i did this tonight, woke up at 04:34, this was such a beautiful experience.. felt like i was on mdma lol 😅, i was talking with my higher self in my dreams. As childish as it may sound, You are like that sleep fairy my grandpa used to talk about when i couldn't fall asleep. He used to ask me to close my eyes and how the fairy would come and put me to sleep as i keep my eyes shut. He is no more, i am crying my eyes out while writing this. Thanks to u i will soon be asleep.

Wow. Just woke up from this audio, and had what was probably the most intense and real-feeling lucid dream I’ve ever had. Didn’t expect this to work. Fell asleep in the first 10 min.

When I was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer, image of beautiful two mountains appeared in my head. Clear stream was running down between mountains. Air was so flesh, and crisp. Then I saw a tiny leaf floating on the river. I was fully awake at that time. The image guided me throughout the cancer treatment. I didn’t feel scared or worried. I feel I am the leaf floating on the river. I achieved full remission of pancreatic cancer. I still wonder how and why I had such a beautiful amazing image at that time. I felt so protected. I learned later that kind image is called lucid dream.

5 years later and still continuously coming back to your meditations. Thank you for all you do!
