Getting a Philcentric bottom bracket to fit a Haro Sonix frame

I want to use an eccentric bottom bracket with my Haro Sonix frame, so that I can use my Rohloff Speedhub without needing a chain tensioner. Unfortunately the outside of the bottom bracket is marginally too large to fit inside the linkage bracket of the frame. Go go gadget Taig CNC milling machine.
