Just because you marry/date someone rich, does not mean they will share it with you.

I was born in a quite wealthy family and walked away from all of it. I think it's important to talk about something that was not brought up in this vid : the difference between old money and new money. Old money people marry each other, so the probability of gold digging is way lower, because money is just a criteria among others (my sisters both married guys who were able to maintain the same lifestyle as my father had gotten them used to). These new money guys some to be going after girls who are looking to be socially promoted through the marriage, because it makes them more docile, so how can they be surprised when they realize they are gold diggers. It's a tricky thing because generally old money don't marry new money (because of the values they don't share), so new money guys, if they want to marry new money ladies, have a tiny pool to pick from, and also, those are not some docile little dolls that will have to fill their time while waiting for them to eventually come home. So if you're rich and want arm candy and the bling that comes with it, how can you be surprised to find out you marriage was a sham all along? They were never looking for a heart of gold to start with, they were looking for a girl that makes them look good. So they participated in making it a sham.

Rich man: " Is it me who she loves or does she just want my money?" His wife: " I know he just wants me for my beauty and will leave me for a younger version so I'll do my best to keep him as long as I can and gain lots of money in case of divorce which will surely happen one day." The so called golddigger woman is definitely more realistic about this kind of relationship than the rich man.

If I were forced to depend on a rich man's wealth, I would want a rich father, not a rich husband.

If a 60 year old man marries a 20 year old can he really be surprised that she is just after his money? Come on, men are so naive.

It's funny how that woman in the end is saying women should marry for love while sitting on a yacht. A lot of women have done that whether the man was wealthy or broke and still got burned. A woman should love herself enough to not ever settle for a broke man.

My mother always said that if you marry for money you pay every cent back in tears 😢

The obsession for wealth is the one thing these people share! They truly deserve eachother.

Hubby and I made money together :) started from living in his parents' basement to now owning 2 properties, fancy cars, and a 6 figure bank account all by the age of 27 🙂 hard work gets you places, being smart gets you places, but best of all, we both know where we came from.

I was never once sued until I became wealthy. Then I had to hire a dozen law firms to defend monthly lawsuits. The problem is not greed but ENVY.
