Thanks Anand... I only have 8 years of experience but I was having a mindset of 40+ age and was difficult to focus on learning even though I have the potential to learn . This video was an eye opener for me in two ways. One is to focus on learning and other is to learn what is relevant to me considering my past experience

When I was six years old, Mom told be "study well for bright future/career", When I am in forty "Same thing, REINVENT, upgrade your skill". In 35 years (40 -5), that did not change and took me to better place, will it take now ?. Just work on what you can do, without IT Field, I am sure, you can do many things which earns more than meager Salary and gives yours life satisfaction !!!!! Don't chase IT Mirage, it will take you dead end !!!!
  • Extremely true.. one has to reinvent continuously and also maintain physical fitness as it is important for winning mindset

To the point, no bs. Very relevant for the career midlife crisis that hits in the 40s.

Great Video Anand Am starting my 40 ,there was so much negative thoughts running in my mind coz i heard so many people say when we are 40 plus our professional growth will stop . Thank you Anand for such a positive thing in the beginning of the year.

Well said Anand, I totally agree what you said, we should not think like that way. Also we may need to consider moving to leadership positions when we are gaining more experience, which has to be part of our career goals. Thanks for great content video, appreciate your efforts. Happy new year.

  • Great motivation video, thanks Anand, your points are fully valid in my scenario. After a gap of around 10 years, its really difficult to change, mind has that fear, which you already sensed. But point is, there is no turning back now, I need to learn and deliver. Thanks once again.
