Good to see Chris’s luck with seeing Mt. Fuji is still the same.
  • @KantanJapan
As always it was a lot of fun shooting with you guys! Next up we should go see if there's a house in that smouldering crater!

Checked out the Airbnb and went all the way to December 2024, couldn't find a single vacant day! Nice work to the team for publicising this one, looks amazing 👌
  • @Elkott
Chris Broad sure does get around, he's like the village bike of YouTubers
  • I came for a year…23 years later, I’m still here! I want a tree house like this in my garden!
  • Hey Alex! I am a high schooler and I am into real estate! I am curious about your journey from the states to working in real estate in Japan. I love your videos and they are inspiring!
  • @PawSmalls
They need to make a whole village with these. Like that town in one of the Pokémon games.
  • @Morbisus
I didn't expect the Tree House to be much better until you show that small rooftop space. Simply amazing. Thank you for showing this to us

10 years of hell: living the youtube dream is the most accurate thing I have ever seen

Never watched a video where the word ‘verticality’ was featured even once, let alone the number of times Chris used it in this one! My new favourite word!

Alex is always showing the greatest places tbh. My poor me feels envious 😄 Nice work and nice channel 👍 Always good to see Chris of course.

if there's one thing I have to say, "sustainable" doesn't mean "made using locally sourced random things", it means "material that has low impact on the environment. The choice to use rocks and branches from the forest nearby is entirely aesthetic, and isn't about being rinkey dink either. looking at the bathroom should be obvious, sustainable doesn't mean rustic and poor, as long as the materials are going to remain in the home for a century or two, and ideally would have an alternative than ending up in a landfill, it can fit in sustainable. Unsustainable shouldn't be a brand like how organic is just a buzzword, it should be a requirement, or a standard to meet. this house just seems to be proof of concept that sustainable can also be luxurious, that environmental can be both good for the environment AND no compromise comfort. if more people associated sustainable with just "not being wasteful", that would be a success.

Its so fun that as soon as Chris isnt the one making the video he lets loose a lil more and goes full creature mode. Lovely,
  • @LaNoir.
I think the "sustainable" part is more to attract customers, most of the house is made of normal industrial material. Still a very nice treehouse, would love to have one in my garden
  • Japan is a beautiful country. Chris & Alex have done so well in showing what Japan has to offer outside of Tokyo. It shows a civilization that embraces technology but is still tied to their ancestral architecture & culture. Great video, gents!
  • when I get bored in my stupid 9 to 5 job, I love to go through your videos. You and Chris have an awesome chemistry together, if you get one day Natsuki on board too you would break the internet xD
  • @Otaku_Nerds
I sense a future Wacky Weekend in the works... 😆I would love to see a Chris and Conner's treehouse adventure!
  • @MW-xx4cc
I'm slightly disappointed you cut out how Chris actually got through the window onto the roof. I think this would have been hilarious to watch :)
