Hey Mira, you are a natural educator! Thank you for the content of this video, and I look forward to the rest of the series. Well done!
  • @claudiaglows
Great video, Mira! It’s nice to see you back on here
  • @ThatCho
I’m so afraid of dyi skincare stuff that I’ve never even been interested in watching a video about it until this one! Definitely feel like this is a great introduction.
  • I’m so happy to see you back on YouTube!! And looking forward to more of this series!! I actually would love to see a video and demo on the Myolift mini!! This video on microneedling really helped me get prepared for when I stop being a chicken 🐔 and actually try it!! 🤣🤣 Thank you Mira!! Have a wonderful week!! ❤️❤️

Just joined your group and binge reading and watching!! Great info!
  • Yes! I've been waiting for this! Such a great, thorough video. I've been going back and forth with trying this or not. I always thought that I might be creating more harm than good. But you've definitely changed my mind. I really liked how you said microneedling works with the skin rather than against it. That really hit home with me. I would love to see the demo with the roller. ☺️ Thank for this information, you did such an amazing job diving deep into microneedling. 🙏♥️

Was waiting for a new video. Glad to see you back here. Thanks for the great videos! What devices do you recommend that you find work?

Contraindication for home micro needling: fear of needles! Would love a video on chemical peels. Thanks for such an in-depth video! ❤️

Thanks for the video. Although I've read the microneedling overview guide in the group, visual is always good. I've started microneedling in summer last year with dermarollers. Now I have A7 and I do medical once a months at home, when possible I do in-office PRP (love it) instead. Since recently and following your recommendations I do cosmetic 2x a week, with EGF+Copper+Beta Glucan. I think that I really have better understanding of microneedling since read/listened/watched your guides/instagram/livestreams. The sanitation is essential and knowledge about the procedure and own skin is the imperative. Otherwise doing this at home is a big risk. My expectation from medical microneedling is to produce more collagen and keep my skin as it is as long as possible. If I lose some hyperpigmenation or wrinkle or two in the process I would't mind :-) I use peptides for months now and I have noticed my wrinkles became smoother. With cosmetic microneedling I expect more results in that direction. I already see the improvement in hydration. One thing I am curious about. I have autoimmune disorder, it is "dormant" for a 2 years now. I have never had obvious skin issues due to that, though & without a doubt my inner chemistry was out of order for couple of years. How would an aesthetician or a dermatologist in office know how to interpret that in terms of any cosmetic procedure.? In addition, autoimunne disorders are in raise in last 15 years. The related research is pretty much ongoing. Of course this is generally speaking, some disorders are better research than other. Just thinking aloud :-) I would love to learn about chemical peels around the eye area :-) Thank you again for sharing your knowledge with us 💙🌻👍

Looking forward to learning more about Meso & then figuring out how to combine it all together: diff types of needling; meso; chemical peels; IPL, Newa, microcurrent....I think that’s about it. I guess others might want to add in more but that’s all the devices I have
  • Hi Mira! I loved this video! (This is Tara Phelps from your FB group). Your protocol for CIT or medical needling is the best and I have used it every time I needle. Just curious do you have the Derminator 2? I’m really enjoying that. But as you said, for us newbies it’s good to start out with a $13 roller to see if we like doing the procedure at home. I’m so happy that you have this channel now. Btw, your skin looks so amazing. 💕😍 Thanks for all that you do.
  • Hi Mira! I wish you would post all your videos here on YouTube. I probably watch/listen to YouTube more than anything else because of all the driving I do for work and it is so much easier to search for videos here. But either way, I will continue to follow no matter what and just search out the videos I need to rewatch of yours like always 😊. I appreciate all you teach!!!
  • @MyBeautyPantry
Great video! I wish I could have given this link to someone a few days ago!

Hi Mira!!!! So excited for this series and hoping it gives me the courage to try micro needling lol what are your thoughts about the Nira laser?
  • @OlorALicor
Hey Mira! I've done cosmetic needling at home and love it! Thanks for the informative video! I'm super interested in learning more about microcurrent! I've seen your IG videos on it and they are great. I hope one day you post one on YouTube. I was wondering if you could suggest a good beginners training on MC for a lay person like me :). Preferably online. I'm thinking of getting the myolift mini but when I do, I want to learn as much as possible about it. Thank you so much for all the work you do. I'm sure if you keep this up you'll one day be a huge educator in social media and beyond ❤️

Question for you: How long after cosmetic microneedling do you wait to restart microcurrent and radiofrequency? Also, if you don’t mind answering that for medical microneedling as well, that would be great!
