If the government wants to protect these people, the government should have to pay the landlord.
  • Anyone who hasn't pay rent before the pandemic. Should of been eviction a long time ago. Where's the justice?

Trashy people. I hope everyone caught their names and don’t forget them, they could be trying to rent from you next

The courts suck. These tenants sound like a nightmare for everyone.

Good news: no landlord will ever rent to them again after seeing this eviction history.

With all the money they "saved/stole" they are most likely going to buy a house. So they won't have to rent again. I'm sure this is their shitty thought process. Horrible. 18 months?! Wow...
  • here I am paying a $3,000 dollar mortgage, with 2 teen's, struggling & these people are living large rent free. Smh.
  • Meanwhile I’m over here struggling trying not to be a burden to the system. Fucked up world we live in.

This is absolutely a travesty. They should be evicted and the landlord PAID all back rent.

I know how they feel. At the beginning of the pandemic. I went through the same thing. Something really breaks in you when you feel no control of your own property and watch people take advantage of what is yours. Still cleaning up and trying to get on our feet. Its really sad.

The fact that the owners had to get this on news or social media for something to actually happen😞.

So they have money to hire a legal representative to tell the news that they're going to return the keys at the end of the month but they don't have money to pay their rent?😂

Imagine losing your OWN home due to the fact that the tenants you trusted initially refuse to pay rent. They throw lavish parties on the same property and the state does nothing. Yet, the moment the landlords stop paying their mortgage, your house will be repossessed by the bank. Wicked.

Proof that the Government does not know what they are doing. Landlords should unite together and sue the government.
  • Omg the same thing is happening to us here in Florida with our tenants. Same situation!!!!!!!!!! It’s terrible!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a shame . People like this give renters a bad name.

18 months?! The courts need to do their job. This is ridiculous!

You think this is bad? There is a couple that purchased their “dream home” in Riverside County, CA. The guy who sold them the house won’t move out claiming a Covid hardship. INSANE!
  • They should investigate for tax fraud and edd fraud on this suppose “bankrupt”couple . Look into deportation too.
