Quickie 25 Minute Basic Step Workout

Grab your bench and get ready to work it, work it.

We got some step sisters together for a step social and this happened.

The second half got cut off :-( but we may be able to get the second half up.

For now, hope you enjoy this one. You can possibly mix it with another workout if you want to work out longer.

  • Kudos to the lady in red :) She knew what she was capable of and what she wasn't, taking her time yet still able to keep up. I bought my first stepper this evening at Target and had no idea what to do with it. My knees are crap but I'm still gonna try my own best!

    omg moves changed too many times, struggled to keeep up , but deffo got my heart rate up. After 5 mins watching did my own thing haha
  • This is a great class. Sometimes instructors try to get too fast and fancy with the routines making it hard to pick up. This was perfect. Thank you!
  • Started this workout after buying a step a couple of months ago! This is a great workout for strengthening and toning. I have nerve damage in my left leg as a result of a pelvic fracture and have struggled to find workouts that weren’t high impact. This has been great and have noticed my left leg is becoming as strong as my right.

    I finally got my step and this was my first class. Amazing. I got a great workout after like 6 months without doing cardio. 😌😌😌😌
