How about a small pickup like the old Ford Ranger? And forget about all the electronic garbage that is not really needed or wanted by many people - like me.
  • @Daniel-pu1dw
I will believe it when I see it. Retired Ford Dealer.

Hah! An $8,000 pickup truck from Ford? And I supposed they'll also be giving away free unicorns with every purchase!
  • @AS-ng5pi
Let me save you time....they said nothing of importance. Seriously. Super repetitive and didn't say anything you don't automatically know. Yes, ford making a cheap, value-based truck would be new and sell to a certain customer base. No sh#$, Sherlock.

I'll believe it when I see it. Did you notice almost the same video for a Chevy Ev Truck

An $8K pickup truck makes no sense. This sounds like clickbait nonsense. You tube is increasingly becoming just another failing social media program

Reality check, that will never happen. If it does, wait till the dealers put a price markup on it. This crap seems that it will never end! Hey Clean Tech, your AI still doesn't pronounce certain words correctly. (Poor English)

Hope it's a 2 door single cab. A Ranchero would be good

What are the specifications of this $8000 vehicle? $8000 may be to dealers but when they get done with the price it will be 3 times that.
  • @mr.pantsishere
Instead of them lowering the price of their trucks and making base trucks affordable, they come out with this bullshit
  • Not sure by whom, but this video feels like a scam. The "but wait there's more" nature of this vdeo feels fake. And the repeated "$8000 pickup" over and over feels like an infomercial sales pitch by Billy Mays-Hays. Thumbs way down!

Show us what the truck will look like, size of engine(s) how long is the bed? Options and so.
  • @timothyturbo2
If they make it. Ill buy it. I prefer a basic truck.

I look at this with a healthy dose of incredulity. GM made just such an announcement yesterday about a new $8000 Pickup. Now it remains to be seen if any of this come to pass or just more bluster. Fords standard of "excellence" has slipped mightily of late. Especially give their insistence of building EV's that few want and less need. An $8000 pickup would be a great idea, if it is indeed $8000 and not 8K plus 14K in dealer fees and costs. A $5000 car would also be a great idea, as long as it was $5000.
  • @daveallen63
LOL you actually got me on this one hats off to you. Exact same video but with GM last time, about a week ago. This is fake for those who haven't grasped that yet.
