A friend introduced me to this drama. Honestly, I've never even heard about it but now I'm completely head over heels over this. It's a live action action adaption of a manga of the same name and there's also an anime I believe. Anyway I've not read or seen those. This has become my favorite bromance drama in the non costume category. The friendships are some of the best I've even seen in a fictional setting. The cast gave phenomenal performances, for me both the little and teen SG stole the show. How come they are so natural at acting? I probably would make another edit whenever I can focusing more on the game and learning curve of SG. The episodes after the disappearance of CY were a torture to watch. My wishful thinking wanted him to somehow magically appear but it only gave me a massive heartbreak. Well! this drama could be enjoyed by any age group and it has a lot of meaningful messages too. I recommend the Japanese series Takumi-Kun, it has 5 eps 120 mins long. well worth watching.. An early production BL, But, so good and well acted.

Finished watching the series and this edit is so beautiful, love their relationship, the way they challenge each other, and keep track of each other’s growth and to some level understand each other as rivals/ soulmates is truly amazing

At first I always watched videos for this drama on douyin and I was like they cute but was not interested probably didn't know the name 😂 ..but after a while I actually took a chance and saw it .....bro I literally love this drama from the bottom of my heart 😭💓❤️ I cried I laughed a lot of time the relationship that shi guang and yu liang have it's chief kiss and how he kept waiting for him for nine years 😭💔 and also shi guang and chu Ying it just my stomach always had butterflies in it ✨🦋🦋 And when chu Ying left yu liang told him you have me aaaahhhh😭💔kill me now Also for the first time I really fouced on the important part in the drama which is chess wow it's a whole new world 👌🏻 I gave it 100/100 so good yet so underrated 😔

This drama was amazing, so happy to see such a good edit! They put the Bromance way stronger than the manga/anime but it wasn't a bad choice, the rivals/soulmates thing was really done well. Beautiful edit! Thank you ❤️

This drama is really good...I know it's not about bl but it's story about friendship...but you can ship them...cause I also ship them...I already watch this drama and I can see the way of their eye contact is just something else like not just a friend but more like a love...I really cry for this drama..they have sad and funny scenes..but yeah..I think they like each other but can't tell their true feeling...It's just my perspective tho..for all I like this drama 🥰

Whoa this is such a throwback... I remember reading a really intense fanfic abt this manga on ao3 when I was a kid I think it was called "caught in a thousand strings"? My 13 year old self probably shouldn't have been reading it but I was really invested, if you wanna cry I recommend it
