Interesting. As a child I grew up on a ranch in Arizona and my parents collected all the shoes from us kids at the end of school and we went bare footed all summer. Once our feet got use to the hot soil we were not bothered by going barefoot. Also, I don't remember us being sick at all when I lived on the ranch.

Getting in the ocean even for just a quick dip feels so healing it’s crazy. Can’t deny that feeling.
  • I bought a 2 grounding mats and my husband and I have been grounding now for 3 weeks now. I was very skeptical. But I was desperate …. I also have autoimmune disease and for 8 months was so sick. I actually thought I was dying. I had every test possible and had seen 4 different specialist. Was so tired and sleeping all day and the inflammation, sinus infections and problems breathing was overwhelming. They could find nothing wrong…. But I know my body and I knew something wasn’t right. I started grounding and am astonished at the results I have had!!! I sleep all night much better… no longer fatigued… my energy is back and have not had any anxiety, nor inflammation!!! I feel like the old me!! I will not ever go without my mat!!! I sleep with it under my legs.

When we lived in Mexico, I was on the sand and in the ocean all the time. It was a miracle for my back. Then we came back to the asphalt jungle that is the USA. 2 years later and my back pain flares up again. Honestly, I thought earthing is serious BS. I am a nurse and watched the documentary. I was intrigued enough to test it out for myself. It's been a week and I've just been going out to the grass, sitting in a chair and putting my bare feet onto the damp grass. My back that was in serious spasm and my experience of sciatica is resolved. My knees continued to hurt, but after a week, even that has resolved too. My sleep is improving (I still need more of that.) I will continue to "test" it and even though my experience is anecdotal, I am pretty impressed about how great it's gone so far.

Been grounding for a long time. But only when I heard Clint Ober , that was the first time I heard about it in the media.

Thank you for answering all the questions/ doubts I had about grounding. 🤗💚👍
  • I am on the uk,i bought a 4 foot copper rod, drove it directly into the earth in the garden, ran a wire direct into the house, now as i type this i have a paych on the palm of my left hand. Been earthing and grounding for 6 months now. Sleep wise i use a patch at night direct on my palm,i get an extra appeox 2 hours sleep per night, during the day i use the patch again for approx 9 hours per day. I find the patches far easier use wise than the mats or sheets, with the added bonus they are Latex free.

    Wow. Incredible topic of discussion

Not to mention a ground fault on your residential system. Pound a new ground rod, 7-9 feet deep and run a separate wire. Also, listen to Schuman's frequency while grounding.

I live in a dry climate and the static was extreme, I bought a 10% silver 1/3 coverage bed grounding sheet for the bottom part of the bed. what a deference, no more electrical havoc on my body. I plug it in the ground on the outlet. the rife machine and the PEMF mat help a lot also.
  • I love going barefoot especially after it rains it feels really good on my feet ❤️👣
  • @larryb131
Are there filters that can go between your ground connection in an outlet and your earthing devices?
  • @grahambeyer6254
Julia Roberts knew this way back in the 80's in the film Pretty Woman.
  • @kraykray4118
I find this really interesting. Would the earthing patches have any interference if you suffer with a neurological condition I wonder as that would be my only hesitation with trying them.
  • @timadams2324
My Earthing sheet line go's directly to the base of a large cottonwood tree .opposite side of house from power meter and home ground . The line is grounded to the tree via a drilled hole in tree wire inserted and held in place with tight fitting 16 penny nail the benefit's were felt the first night , Always Looking for a better Connection .
  • For those who can earth outside, it's a must. Not only do you get the electrons from grounding, but you can get the benefits of vitD from UVB radiation and meletonin from the infrared.

You can greatly reduce any dirty power by flipping off the breaker the plug is on, because the ground is not on the breaker, it will disconnect the hot wire from the plug
