It took me 4yrs isolating and to fully healed I do avoid to give narcissistic people weather my family or other people any energy or attention I put all attention to myself so I can grow very fast life is too short to focus toxic people there are time wester.

The best way to describe it is 😅on the tv series Star Trek, when the gravity goes off, and everyone starts floating! and there's this moment, when they're lifted about 5feet off the floor, and the bridge crew look at each other like OH GOD, WTF?? but then the auxiliary system comes up, and every one hits the deck!
