not using references is the stupidest thing a young artist can do

so fun to see your initial journey! great video as always! super high production quality!
  • @Eneija
This is incredibly motivating, well-organized, and impressive. Thanks for sharing such a detailed explanation of your learning journey for us to glean from. It's particularly exciting to see the core understandings of drawing methods/anatomy/research and how that applies to modeling.

Insane production value on this video. The sound design when the text boxes pop up! Dude. It's all in the details. Loved every minute of it.

This is the best guidance blender video I have ever seen in my life, with comparing different blender skills to leveling up in a video game to your backstory to everything, the way you executed this video was nearly perfect, thank you, you have opened up my mind and helped me realize mistakes I've been making, I cant thank you enough. ❤

Remember seeing your 100 heads video, and you've gotten lot better even since then. Keep it up man!

new video from tinynocky is a once in a lifetime experience

I just watched your previous video on sculpting character models and as a physical therapist and someone who has learned human anatomy for a long time, knowing anatomy helps but goddamn it's hard to make something look like a normal human

Oooh, boy, if i only had this organization in my life 😂. Amazing video, story, tips, editing... amazing everything as always!!
  • @BrickTight
The thumbnail blending into the video is just so perfect🔥

I am so glad you are back tinynocky! 🎉 not using references is like not eating food nor drinking water. References is just like brainstorming and planning anything.

Great video! I've been working in the VFX industry for more than 12 years and only just started diving in Blender, hoping to pick up 3D sculpting as a "beginner class". It's awesome to see a fellow Singaporean being so talented and inspiring others including myself!

Lately, I have been worrying about my journey as an artist in the modern landscape. I adore Blender, but have been working to improve my skills in other spheres of art. Yet I cannot help but feel the fear that I will be behind or that I am inadequate. To hear that you, an incredibly talented 3D artist took a hiatus from the medium you fell in love with is comforting, even if it was for something mandatory by your government. Everyone's journey is different, and it is always reassuring to hear that, because the internet gives an illusion of constant progress and focus, and that is not always the most efficient route. Thank you for this video, it was superbly encouraging and makes me feel okay in my journey as an artist :)

Thank you for the video. Regardless of the topic, you come across as a diligent and thorough person who truly loves what you do. Your dedication has greatly inspired me.❤
