Only 5 shingles damaged, and it looks like an old roof as well.

How old is that roof? Alot of people have walked up there those Architectural shingles are worn down. Plus are you an insurance company let them pay their deductible and get yalls money

The insurance company should honor the roof replacement under vandalism and the fact that the roof is unrepairable and attempt to go after the roofer that was on the roof prior to the claim inspection.
