If a cop ever says "I'm not concerned about the marijuana", you should worry.
  • Remember kids, never speak to the police unless you have a lawyer. Unless you did it. In that case YOU GOT THIS BRO, I BELIEVE IN YOU.

The sad part here is that if a cop wasn't parked a block away and saw everything happen, the shooting murder of the homeless guy probably would have gone unsolved.
  • @Unknown17
He went from, “We heard a shot,” to “Cory did it, but I don’t know anything about it,” to, “Yeah, I saw Cory do it, and I can describe the scene.” Now he’s on a murder charge even if Cory is the one who did the shooting. Not an accomplice, not a witness, a murderer. In his haste to throw Cory under the bus, he laid himself right under the wheels.
  • Blows my mind that someone who's been arrested before still talks to police without an attorney

I used to work overnight at a gas station and I'd chat with the police who came in. I distinctly remember one conversation about people who commit crimes and one officer saying emphatically "Criminals we catch are dumb, they're stupid people." I always used to think that was a harsh thing of him to say, but after watching several of these interrogation videos I agree with him now.

Something I dont understand is wouldnt you be nervous guilty or not. I was interrogated once as part of a theft investigation. I was innocent but that didnt stop me from being extremely nervous and no doubt showing signs of being nervous. They had me sit in the waiting room for 40 minutes to watch and see my behavior. They brought it up in the interrogation asking me why was I walking around the room so much and how I looked nervous. My response was well what the heck else am I supposed to be doing in a waiting room for 40 minutes? Sit there and stare at the floor? I was a smoker at the time too so it was hard to sit in a chair and not smoke so I decided to walk around and look at the art work and trophy's and such. Another point detective tells me to stop trying to repeat the same story over. And Im thinking well I want to keep the story straight cause apparently someone thinks I did something wrong so I better get the timeline right! He took that as a possible sign of guilt. Long story short turned out nothing was actually stolen and the owner made the whole thing up, no one was charged with anything. But my main point is using someone's anxiety levels as an indicator of guilt or innocence seems like a waste of time.

He sounds EXACTLY like an 11 year old trying to get himself out of a lie, but just backing himself into a corner instead.

I think videos like this tend to label people “psychopaths” a little too often, but if you smoke a bunch of weed and actually follow through on murdering someone, you’re definitely a freak of nature.

I have never cringed so bad at an interrogation clip in my life. The way he acts like he forgot major details in the crime and expects very well trained detectives to buy his BS Is almost comical. Sad situation overall.
  • @Allyourbase1990
I’ve had enough interactions with police to know this dude is so full of BS. Unfortunately I’ve been questioned, arrested, and sent to prison. Criminals lie , we manipulate, we do whatever so we get out of trouble. Fortunately I left that life behind and have been sober for a while. It’s crazy to see how stupid I probably looked to cops too

The homeless man was sleeping, he litteraly didn't even knew he was dead. He just went to sleep and never woke up again. So he probably doesn't even know he's dead. Kinda strange to imagine.
  • @SoulforSale
He went from "we heard a shot" to "he literally just shot a guy" real quick
  • @nickg3664
Way to put the “nobody’s ever smoked a joint and killed a guy” defense to rest, dalton
  • @lilyblu4577
It's amazing how both these POS ppl had the audacity to look down at the homeless man and actually think they were better than him.
  • It’s truly shocking how easily people can lie without much visible stress.
  • @jaday7282
He was murdered 6 days after his 28th birthday :( All i can think about is how he was probably cold, hungry and lonely for his last bday out on the streets by himself :( What a horrible world we live in...
  • @FionavanDahl
2:24 omg I like the stick figures and satellite map, it makes the scenario easy to follow and adds visual interest

I was always told to NEVER EVER talk to the police. One time me and 2 friends were being questioned by a cop and I told them they shouldn't talk, and the cop grabbed me and threw me in his car in a rage until my parents arrived. Don't talk to police.
  • @degen_
I was homeless for 2 years and am now 28.... This hurts to watch. I only wish the absolute worst for these scumbags
