    I do unsweetened almond milk and the choczero 1 gm net carb products (many products sweetened with monk fruit) and make endless low carbs delectables. I also, use their products and the Naked peanut butter powder or Naked almond butter powder and bake high protein/low carb cakes, brownies, cookies, waffles, etc. I have been able to maintain my 130 lbs weight loss for years now.

    These look so yummy!😋 I always make my smoothies with protein powder and ice. They always come out nice and creamy thick. One that is really good is vanilla protein powder, unsweetened vanilla almond milk, 50cal orange juice and ice. It tastes like an orange cream sickle 😋 Thank you.🥰

  • I completely agree about 'clean' products. I just wish there were a lot more of them in the stores! When you read the list of ingredients on many labels and can't pronounce them, you know it's a chemical that may be toxic. Especially true with the 'added ingredients'. I try not to buy them and processed foods in general. If we all stop buying them, I think they'll go away and be replaced with clean & healthier versions....love your smoothie recipes, especially w/summer approaching!
