Someone asks a direct question and then someone directly answers the question. Amazing!
  • Can you believe it, This man survived the tsunami in 2004 Thailand, so his life had a real meaning. As a Finn, I'm proud of him.

Just listening to this President, gives you courage and peace of heart. So wise and clear. So practical and simple, yet never saying too much in any way. How lucky for Finland to have him. Wish the world had more leaders like him! He is a super great example!
  • One of the best interviews i witnessed. The President of Finland is a very good man.

Smart man. Very to the point. So few people answer a question, this guy gets right to it. Big time leader. Finland chooses well. Much respect.
  • Not only his excellency is noticeably polite, indeed on June 17.2022 I was in Zurich. I had about three hours discussion with three Young males Finlandians. I felt the civility and humanity in their words. Very humble. With deep thoughts. When at last I had to leave them flight to Qatar. All of them stood up wishing me good bye. I had the opportunity to ask them what is their education. Surprisingly two of them had PhD in Processing engineering. And still very humble and polite. Let us learn from their humanity.

I like the way he answers all the questions clearly and directly. I'm very proud of my eastern neighbors and I'm so glad Sweden has such friendly relations with Finland. Brother nations forever! 🇸🇪❤️🇫🇮

Niinisto is well respected in Finland and internationally. I hope we will see more of him on American television.

I am an American. I have never heard this man speak but after reading all these great comments I went back and listened to him twice. You're all right! This man is a treasure! You Finns are very lucky to have him as your leader. He could be the chairman of the UN.
  • I'm British. And this guy has my total respect . What a nice intelligent guy he is . We are going to be cold in 🇬🇧 this winter but we must back the Ukraine. God bless you Finland much respect to you 🇬🇧

Mr Niinisto... a man of peace - what a calm leader, no words out of place. Class.

I like him immediately, as soon as he says: " difficulties which we are facing are minor if compare with those Ukrainian people are meeting" . President Sauli Niinistö shows he is a caring person, smart but also a kind heart guy. I trust him. He is like Zelenskyy. They are good leaders who serve people. A few good men indeed .

Wow As a Ukrainian, for no moment during this interview have I thought "that's not true" or "that's understandable, but still unpleasant" as I sometimes think and feel about the talks of some Western leaders. His answers are impressive as they should be and a good example to follow. Thank you.
  • Wow, much respect to this man from Albania 🇦🇱 🇫🇮. A rare example of a worthy politician and how a leader should be.
  • In Finland it is tradition that the president elected resigns from all political party affiliations and thus becoming everyone’s president. Even though he ran as a member of Kokoomus (a more capitalist party in Finland) even people on the left side of political spectrum respect him very much here.
  • I'm so proud of our president, a man of truth. Humbled to see rest of the world looking up to him.
  • @OOD2021
I have respect for the finnish people! Their calm realism and pragmatism make them a powerful ally against this evil coming from Russia.
