Emilia Sjoberg, 14, was found dead at an industrial site in Landskrona, Sweden last week. Authorities say she had severe injuries, but have not released her cause of death. Two other teenagers were arrested in connection with Sjoberg’s kidnapping and murder. Sjoberg’s mother says she was supposed to go to a sleepover but never came home. Law&Crime’s Jesse Weber takes a closer look at the investigation and its eerie similarities to a U.S. case with attorney Matt Hinson.

  • @Mia-es1rp
Also teen girl Skylar Neese ,murdered by her two "best friends" one of them is already up for parole.
  • @DylGonZo
Kids are getting more and more messed up. Smh.
  • @miap2122
This constant theme of jealousy and anger within generation Z and alpha is insane. I blame social media and young kids feeling a strong sense of inadequacy. Bully has increased 1000 fold and no one is doing anything about it.

27 seconds in and the Slenderman case already came to mind.. So sad
  • And they're probably going to get sentenced only 10 years, they'll be out when they're 25.
  • Not desensitized. These are the actions of privileged individuals who fear no consequences...
  • @aud7777
You said perfectly "teens are so desensitized to these actions now" they literally think its okay
  • I cant believe the amount of teens in this generation killing other!?! Someone make it make sense to me! Growing up the scariest thing that happened to a friend was alcohol poisioning at a party, and after that we all had a mass reality check of how precious life was! Today they be killing their friends on purpose WTAF

My mom never let me sleep over anywhere growing up in the 90s
  • @Anna.T.
As a Scandinavian, very surprised to see a European case getting coverage like this on the channel.
  • @HalfNHalf.
Kids are desensitized these days from being chronically online. Jealousy is real, went through it myself. Very sad. RIP beautiful Emilia
  • @NatzTalk
Omfg! I just cannot with these teens. Charge them as adults because this ISNT typical teen behavior. Adult deeds reap adult consequences.

I don't know her friends but I have a feeling this has a lot to do with jealousy. I could be wrong but based on my own experience in school, jealousy.
  • If you don't have friends, people say you're a weirdo. But I'd rather chill with my cat on a Friday night than be murdered by 'friends'

I have children in two different age groups; millennial and alpha. And I myself am gen X. There is an insane difference between these generations! Gen X was practically neglected, left to the streets, had no choice but to “figure it out” so we did. If we got in trouble the last people we wanted to call were our parents. Millennials are a part blend of kids who played outside and got dirty but also had some access to smart phones/devices. They had confidence and motivation by some of the things they used to watch (not envy). They are now college grads who have traveled the world and are completely independent, healthy young women. They wouldn’t necessarily call for help but would absolutely reach out in the immediate aftermath. My youngest is gen “alpha” and these children are the most disconnected generation. Even my older kids were saying “what?! Some of these girls are wearing fake lashes?!!! What is wrong w them?!! No 5th grader should be dressing like that!” The kids have full faces of makeup including fake lashes, fake nails, crop tops, strapless, etc… It actually makes me sad that their parents don’t shield them from that and let them be kids.

kinda sad that the photos shown nowadays of a gone too soon child is filtered, edited etc. her true self deserves to be shown , not a filtered version. Kids and young teens are beautiful the way they are 😢
