quite frankly... a person that kills 5 children... even worse his own flesh and blood... does not even deserve a trial. Can you imagine the horror these children went thru,?

why is the sound so bad for this trial? you can either barely hear the lawyers or their voices are so jumbled you can't understand a word. :/

Tim Jones was a highly functioning person with the brain fracture, since he was 15 year’s old. He killed his children because of his temper, his wife moved on from him and he chose to keep the 5 children. He emotionally snapped due to loosing his temper, he is not mentally ill. Mentally ill people show psych behavior’s everyday not in just one incident.

So, after listening to Dr. Neuroradiologist's description of how damaged timothy jones brain and skull are, how damaged can he really be and still complete college degree, hold down big IT job, get into med school?

Lawyer's voice is mumbled and distorted. Witness on the stand is loud , clear, and no static behind it. Anyone notice it's the SAME sound that's in the Watts prison interview from March! ? It's like the "white noise" they use during sidebars, but why is it being used only when lawyer asking questions? In open court, during testimony, no purpose covering anyone up , does anyone know why these specific noise issues? Thx!

Why didn’t he just give them back to the mother if he was so stressed trying to raise them. But I guess that’s to easy and logical . If the truth be told ..it was really to punish the mother the reason for not letting her raise them. She wouldn’t have won a custody fight because of his financial standing. And if there was ligit cause why the mother was unfit then they should have been sent to foster care or adopted by some one who would love them. Something just something other than this outcome.

Hmmm...it's always been my understanding that TBIs cannot be proven or correctly diagnosed until after death, during autopsy...per NFL and many Neuro Psychiatrists/Psychologists experts...MRIs do not/cannot show the full scope or extent of TBIs.

Next time, can you put microphones on these lawyers, no way to hear anything they say. Infuriates me when they tell the witnesses to “speak up, into the microphone, please”. Since they are all we hear.

There's no doubt he suffered traumatic brain injury but it is NOT an excuse to do something so horrendous to his own babies!
