Another fantastic eclectic update, Mr B. Kerry followed by Del Amitri sounds like a killer festival line up 😂
  • I always admire the variety on display in your videos. Exceptional taste Mr B.

As with you I also diverted into the rave scene from about 1989, you couldn't avoid it, it was huge in the UK. Interestingly Limp Bizkit brought me back into metal and I have never looked back!
  • Nice diverse update as usual mate. Cool mix of formats on show. The KK is a grower for sure 🤘
  • I've never been the biggestTony Martin fan, but I've been reconsidering the era lately. I purchased the CD box set and have been listening to the disks several times a week. Forbidden is so much better than it used to be!The Headless Cross remaster is another standout. I'd enjoy seeing a tour with Iommi and Martin.
  • The Almighty were a great band I have all their albums! Divine Intervention I always liked since it came our! That Entombed album is another really good album too! Great stuff!

Oh,man, I have been a metalhead for over 45 years but I REALLY enjoy the early PRODIGY period!!

That cassette of appetite brings back memories I had the same one years ago. Probably got chewed by the cassette player as many did back then. Nothing ever happens from delametri is a great song, think they had a song called letter from America, aswell.
  • Excellent collection update video buddy! Massive list. 😎 Slayer's "Divine Intervention" is a beast of an album. I still think it's underrated, "Christ Illusion" shares the same status in my opinion. Kerry King's solo project is solid. For me, it took some time to appreciate the vocals. The rest is pretty much good stuff. Lastly, "Demanufacture" is a triumph of an album. One of the best in the Industrial Metal genre. A absolute gamechanger! 🤘

Cool update. I recently picked up 'Appetite for Destruction' on cassette too. I'll pick up the Kerry King one at some point as well, but will probably stick to the cheapest format. Ah, yes, The Prodigy... I'd listen to them quite a lot back in the 90s.
  • I have also picked up " Dark Matter " from Pearl Jam, the last album I got from them was their 3 or 4th album. I agree their latest is very good!. That Black Sabbath is good value and quality as well. I was surprised how quick I could get it down in New Zealand while northern hemisphere countries are struggling. Great update James!.🤘
  • It amazes me how often I hear the absolute shock that people have following the Forbidden Remix. I have always thought there were some great songs underneath it all. Not sure why that was so hard to see. A Remix has now proven this.
  • I can relate to palate cleansers, definitely. I recommend Gunship's latest album, Unicorn (synthwave).
  • That black sabbath boxset sold out within a week at my local record store they've asked the distributor about when more will be available but it sounds like they're waiting on a repress now I think the record label underestimated how much demand there would be for those albums nice collection update though mate!

Nice to see those Massive Wagons. Those 3 are my favourites from them. I have one of the earlier ones and it's still good. Earaches no frills CD packaging is annoying but at least they are cheap.
  • Hi James!!! another cool update as always and seeing three formats too..... Nice to see now you have GnR debut on three formats!!! I remember the name Delamitri from back in the day, but can't recall what song they had thou..... I also remember the Prodigy as a very popular band wit their first album they have a very unique sound. I still need to listen to the new Pearl Jam album, the last ome wan't good at all, imo.... 2024's boxset of the year without a question and the new Forbidden's remix is also the highlight, my only complain is that i wished the vinyl would be and exact replica of the OG.... cheers and be well

I got that Kerry King cassette - actually dig it ! Love FF - got em all on vinyl nearly - just waiting for a couple of reissues - Soul of the machine is my favourite, love how second half is grind core ! Never been a Sabbath fan - there, I said it ( runs and hides)

Hell yes, that GnR kills, I have 8 copies of it lol. Divine Intervention is a great album, don't understand the heat it gets. I do not know that Entombed record at all, I need to take a listen. I have not listen to that Fear Factory since 1993, my friends played it so much when it first was released that I began to despise it, I need to give it another chance. I have most of those album in the Black Sabbath boxset but I am interested in what the remaster of Forbidden sounds like, I have heard a lot of good reviews on it. Great update as usual. Cheers James!
