No foreign entity should be allowed to own any US land.
  • IRS can find every penny under your car seat, but the rest of the gov't can't figure out who's buying all the land around their military bases.

This is a national security issue...needs to be thoroughly investigated and brought to light for all to see
  • Making accurate predictions for the housing market is quite a task due to the uncertainty surrounding the Federal Reserve's ability to effectively reduce inflation and borrowing costs. This delicate balance must be maintained to prevent a substantial decrease in demand from buyers, affecting everything from houses to automobiles.

If they can't be identified, they should not be allowed to buy land in this country.
  • What surprised me was that this company is suing a group of people, who supposedly are making a scam to prevent the sale of their own land. So if I refuse to sell my property to a large company, that company can find a hideous excuse to sue me. Is this legally possible?

It's interesting, how our government has big balls when we wanna go into other countries, but we don't have balls when people do stuff in our own country.... Find out who these people are immediately and if it's nefarious, get rid of it immediately.🤬🤬🤬

VOID THIS TRANSACTION. Homeland Security where are you? Totally unacceptable.
  • @jpmnky
Cannot believe this is even legal. And it’s happening all over the US.

How in the world that we do not know who this entity is who is buying up land ? If it were you or I they would know in a heart beat. No foreign entity should be allowed to own any US land.
  • @Watchingin09
This has been happening for many years all over the United States. Scary.
  • @Harvey_Dent
our country sure loves money and doesnt think twice about security.
  • @gabe1784
Some countries don’t even allow non-citizens to own land but we let a company buy over $1b worth of land next to an Air Force base and our government doesn’t even know who it is. How is this possible?
  • @jgrant5255
California better enact the right of eminent domain real fast concerning this purchase. What will it take for the USA to wake up?!?
  • @greddytalon
All they have to do is refuse permits to build anything there. Then create a reason to tax them heavily on that land so that it just continues to become a bigger and bigger liability to the owners. Eventually, they'll be begging for someone to buy it.
  • @ursaltydog
Anyone who buys land has to be "known" including companies who form, their board and financiers. Why is this company allowed to be non-transparent?
  • Flannery sued the people who refused to sell to them because they intentionally asked for "too much" money. How ridiculous is it that people didn't want to sell their property, so when they offered to sell at a ridiculous price, Flannery decides to waste taxpayers money to try and force them to sell?
  • Why Does our Government acts Dumb about our own Land 😢🇺🇸
