Made this last night and am super impressed with the results. The texture is nearly identical to Chuckles, if you’ve ever had the old fashioned candy. Made blue raspberry flavor of course!

Looks great! Going to try this with some agar-agar as I have learned I have a family history of Cancer so need to avoid the BLV, lead and pesticides in meat/bone based products like gelatin. Thanks for sharing
