Damon thanks for the update on Katerina will continue keeping her and her parents in my thoughts and prayers. You my friend take it easy. Anytime they have to cut you open it takes weeks for the body to heal. You don’t need to have a hernia later in life

Thanks for the update... We will continue the support! As for you... I can't believe a tough guy like yourself would just give up without a fight! I did battle with mine for a few years until we finally figured out how to get along with one another. Upon reflection, I'm not certain who really won or maybe we just have a truce. Most of our battles only lasted four to six hours, but I had a couple that were knocking on the twelve hour mark. I refer to my gall bladder as my "Nutritional Conscience". I've learned that if I feed it lots of green vegetables, a little lean beef and VERY LITTLE PORK or SHELLFISH we seem to get along just fine! I did learn here recently that I was foolish in my stubbornness. A friend of mine had his removed and it was infected to the extent of gangrene! Not Cool! It has been well over 6 months since I've had a flare up, so I think we're on the right path. Glad you have it under control buddy! Pace yourself with the climbing... Blessings on Ya!
