    I do all these exercises as per your recent video eyes, ears, two exercises, scalp, tapping /slapping the face. The difference when I wake up is awesome, I'm a stroke survivor, waking up is hard! This is AWESOME, PLUS my skin GLOWS! Your the real deal Doc!

    Thank you for all your helpful tips! I have done the exercises for the transverse muscles wow I could feel it instantaneously. So I'm going to keep on following the video and doing them. I have tried the olive oil lemon juice honey and hot pepper flakes. I can feel the thermogenic effects. I can probably feel a little bit more if I had cayenne pepper. But I had the hot red pepper flakes available. I have done the nutmeg and cinnamon in my tea and felt a difference. I have done the exercises for pumping up my face and saw a difference. But you know sometimes other things in life get in the way and you don't have all the time in the day in the world to do everything. So do it it's just trying to use your muscle memory and trying to wiggle a schedule to do all these self helpful tips. Life has curve where it gets busy and then it's quiet. But I have to admit the things that I have tried I have seen differences! I'm just amazed that there's not too many other people putting out videos like these that are budget-friendly and super helpful and care about people in general. Thank you for doing what you do! God only knows how you keep doing it! You ever make time for yourself?
