Nobody gets results like Jillian. I'm 3 weeks into Body Shred and I'm 3 lbs down, and I've only got 10lbs (vanity lbs!) to lose... VERY happy with the results!! So hard to get the final 10 off. Jillian you're a MASTER at this!!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

cycling will get you to lose tons of weight. either long days in the saddle, a quick circuit sprint, or a day in the mountains. just like anything else though just eat sensibly.

I’ve been tracking my calories all day like you said - about to do a 40 min HIIT before dinner at 8- I’ve got about 980 calories left. The snack before between lunch and breakfast definitely helped keep me feeling fuller! Thank you for the calorie tracking game! Game changer!

Jillian! Thank you for this! I’ve been working my butt off and seem to hit a plateau. Pity party for one today (still had a great workout) But tomorrow I will be back at it and incorporate what I’ve learned. I’ve done your 6 weeks to six pack and loved it.
