For twenty years, Richard “Richie” McLellan started his mornings the same way: he would wake up, silence his alarm clock, drink a bottle of beer, and let his feet hit the floor. He got drunk for the first time at nine years old and was first arrested at the age of 12. People said it would take a miracle for him to quit drinking — at least before he hit rock bottom and cried out to God for help.
