[Minecraft snapshot] 3x3 silent 12 game tick crafter

Can do almost any 3x3 crafting recipe, except ones where the first 6 items are a valid crafting recipe (the crafter is triggered twice unfortunately, could be solved but it would no longer be silent).

Inputs are locational, as in the order in which items are put into the crafting table is deterministic but dependent on location/orientation.

Runs on a 12 game tick clock, although one crafting operation takes 16 game ticks.

Might be possible to make a crafter work on an 8 game tick clock with 5 dispensers, but the wiring might be quite tricky...
