  • Tim, I first found out about you from your Ted talk on anxiety. I related to everything you talked about. For the first time in my life, it’s all starting to make sense. You have no idea how helpful this is. I have never had so much clarity before. I would love to receive help from you one on one

Every single point was a ‘oh my God that’s me!’ moment! Thank you for sharing all this, it’s really helpful 🙏

another great video. the whole avoidance thing particularly hit home. I would say though, it's very difficult to just feal the fear and do it anyway, it is for me anyway. so easy to avoid the situation, but I do understand it's better not too. I have a people pleasing example, if I go to a work outing and don't want to drink excessive booze and end up in a club til 3am,if I leave early am is this avoidance, if I stay is this people pleasing?
  • I have watched all of your videos and can’t thank you enough for getting me through Avery difficult time I have in the last week come back to feeling normal without any strong anxiety throughout the day by remembering all the advice you give I have moments in the day now where I don’t remember what I got anxious about thank you so very much

Thanks, Tim. For this very helpful video, you have helped me deal with my own anxiety a lot. I still experience it, but I now know how to tackle it. Great to have new videos from you again

Hey I thought you might want to know there's a high pitched noise in some of your videos at 15khz, but only in the blue room. It may be annoying to some people. Could be worth looking into! (I suspect a CRT display is causing the sound, that is the most common source)
  • Hi Tim, will you have a live Q&A this week? I need to convert to Australian time so I wanted to check beforehand. Thank you
