Why GTA 6 will be BAD

The trailer was so cliche, too “the only way we’re gonna get through this is by sticking together” so unoriginal. The characters don’t look interesting, either. I’m not gonna buy it, I’ll just play at my cousins and see if it’s any good then. I haven’t bought any GTA besides VC and SA. I played 4 and 5 at friends / cousins house and that was enough. Gonna be the same with 6.

A lot of people said the same thing about RDR2 and look how loved it is still to this day

Every time I see these videos and read the comments it's the same regurgitated mindless Rockstar stans / fanboys defending that trailer as if it's the most ground breaking thing ever when the trailer showed NO gameplay and nothing new to be had.. Epitome of Tik Tok brains. GTA hasn't been good since San Andreas and Vice City anyway.

One of the most important things that made GTA: VC a huge success, was the great atmosphere of the 80s. I think Vice City without that atmosphere is like a GTA game without vehicles.

Bro you don't even know the story of gta 6 and you say gta 6 will suck, Jason looks ducking badass but you say he looks goofy and you using a picture of him from the leaks, of course he looks goofy in the pre-alpha leaks. I the trailer we see the live in Vice City, in the next trailer we will see a bit more of the characters but not in the first trailer

I also have a bad feeling, I think it still deserves the benefit of the doubt but I wouldn't be surprised they go full Twilight with 6. The unlucky number.

In my opinion, GTA 6 will resemble RDR2 more than GTA 5. A huge and very detailed open world but experienced at a painfully slow pace.

This honestly feel's more like a criticism of how the trailer is structured and presented rather than the game itself. Trailer is mainly showing the QoL and new "realistic" stuff you can do it in the game to showcase the difference to the previous game so they can impress the players, as good first impressions are needed. Therefore, they will show more of that than what the story goes so far. I mean you can tell that the story parts we're shown are from very early on the game. Besides that, this comment section is surprisingly calm. Weird

Weak material. Do you also read tea leaves? The game hasn't even been released yet, and you're already giving it a review? The GTA series is also about the history of the city and its surroundings. The first game trailer doesn't reveal much about the characters and their motivations in the world of crime. Can't you add a constructive opinion based on the game trailer, especially since it primarily focuses on the city?

i suspect the original trailer of GTA 5 was recorded on PC because no way did we have those graphics on PS3.

The trailer has not the focus of Story it was like look gta 6 exist nothing more we dont know enithing about the Story

How can you critique a game so much off of a 1:30 trailer and nothing else. The leaks don't count cause thats during alpha. People just want to hate on anything now. This game has already revolutionary gaming technology in it just by looking at the trailer. And most of the trailer is from in game not cinematics

Tbh i don't care if story is gonna be shit or is gonna be a masterpiece. Because at the end, i will be glad we getting a new GTA game and i can have new police chase/shootout footages. And some timer after release, people are mostly grinding in GTA Online 2 lol Also, this is trailer 1 anyway so there is still plenty more trailers they will show, maybe one for gameplay?
