Bad Guy - “Who’s the witness?” Detective - “Oh you don’t know him…..but, I’ll tell you his exact name here in a second….Jonathon Sweet. He lives one road over”. Someone tag Jonathan Sweet and tell him to keep his blinds closed.

Wow…good thing this guy has no connections… cause the detective just gave a hitlist ……smh
  • @grygierpeps
so much for protecting the witness... never telling cops anything.

"I could pass a polygraph if you asked me if I did it or not. Polygraphs are easy to beat" 😂 He's basically saying he did it right there!!

This is one of the most bizarre interrogations I have ever seen! At first I thought the cop had a strategy then by the middle of it it just seemed like he liked hanging out with the dude! So weird
  • @AKirshawn
Nice detective tells the suspect the names and locations of witnesses...
  • This is so sad… All of this because an adult wanted to bully another man to the breaking point. Getting little ones involved without a single thought. I hope someone takes care of the guy who did all of this to him and his family.

This guy is an absolute menace. He can't/won't defend himself in the moment, even when he's wearing a damn helmet. But then he plots to shoot up a house he knows there are innocent people at and he doesn't even slow down to attempt accuracy because he's so scared of getting caught.

The Detective is Snitching on the Snitches 🤷🏼‍♂️
  • That poor man it’s no wonder he did what he did.. What kind of police do they have there? That bully should’ve been arrested! Sue the police dept.
  • @truthhurts3524
Damn, surprised the detective didn’t give the dude a pen n paper to write down the witness names, along with photos. 🤦🏽‍♂️
  • If the police can’t keep you safe while in their custody, they shouldn’t be able to imprison you. Either clean it up, or prisons are nothing but torture institutions.
  • "I could pass the polygraph test about killing him.. ..polygraph tests are easy to beat". 😂😂 you're not guilty at all!!

It’s true about when the suspect gets a lawyer, the prosecutor will send him a discovery of pretty much all their evidence. I think why everyone is so shocked about the detective dropping witnesses names and addresses here is because usually during their first interrogation they don’t give up that much evidence for a reason. So the suspect can’t leave there make a few phone calls and get rid of all their evidence and witnesses before the trial is even scheduled. That is crazy that he’s saying their names and where they live. Even the one witnesses full name and that he is jail with him. That guy will now be a target to everyone being labeled a snitch.

Geez I guess when the detective is decent and honest with the suspect, sometimes it works better than intimidation and lies.

He was sentenced to 5 years for involuntary manslaughter in this case, got out and got shot by a member of his own family in 2023 (not to death) which was ruled as self defence and Cody was charged with domestic violence. I think karma missed a perfect opportunity here… The murder case was covered on the Interrogation raw episode “murder of rambo” which is pretty detailed and a good watch.

Really appreciate your work, I’m always pleasantly surprised by the fact you always seem to do interrogations or cases I’ve never heard of! Thank you 😊

Just to save anymore outrage in the comments. Although it's uncommon for law enforcement to release personal information regarding witnesses personal (public record) information and statements, etc. to their suspect, especially in an interrogation setting. All this information and more will be provided by way of discover LONG before the trial starts. Now take a deep breath and relax 😅
