My 2020 Sportsman 1000 S has been flawless so far! 1600 miles on it now. Superb machine, so stable you can really hit obstacles with ease!

I just bought a 2023 Polaris scrambler xp1000 S and I would agree with you it's the best AT I've ever driven. I'm 46 years old and I've been riding ATVs and ATC's since I was 13 years old. I've been through many ATVs over the years and I can tell you this scrambler and my Raptor 700 are 2 ATVs I will be keeping for a very very long time.

Awesome video and I love the way you unapologetically tell it like it is!! I could tell you were holding back in certain areas of your descriptions (biting your tongue to not say how fast you was drifting through the turns and in keeping yourself from going on about how well it drifts Lol) but your euphoria shined through! I appreciate an enthusiastic review like this, my hats off to you AJ awesome video!👏🏼👏🏼👍🏼

Absolute beast of a Quad!!! I’d love to ride one out in Glamis!

Can confirm 👍 Great wheeler especially for trails that have been destroyed by those steering wheeled machines.. Glad to hear the point made about the shocks. Makes the Scrambler S the better buy unless you need the utility! 💪🤘
  • I have the first year 2020 model with the walker Evans shocks. They are great and worth it. It is hands down the best atv ever. The ride is bar none the greatest
  • Undoubtedly the best atv ever produced and the most beautiful ever💯. I am the owner of a polaris sportsman 570sp 2022 and it is really very good I am super satisfied 😃😃 does not say no to anything a younger brother of the sportsman 100xp.

Great Review AJ and I still believe they are the best looking quads ever

Great review with pros and cons. I love this atv. I loved the Scrambler 1000 xps but the sportsman body style is more for me. I agree the piggybacks would be nice and should be included at this price regardless of the scrambler having them and being too similar. But none the less best and most beast trail machine out there right now.

Hi ! great atv & great video, thanks Dirt Trax ! I actually own a Polaris Sportsman 1000 XP 2020, and it's really an awesome atv. my regrets on this machine is the big fuel consumption, the power steering a little bit too soft in speed, and the weight too heavy for me. I just bought a Yamaha Kodiak 700 eps SE 2022 and I really love this one ! the power is great, it's a lighter atv, it can make the job easily in trails even riding fast, the suspensions are not sporty but work great and it is not so hard like we can imagine for a working machine. ok it's not so smoth than the Sportsman, the eps is really harder and you can easily drop on 3 wheels if you turn too fast ! but you totally can ride it fast and enjoy ! the Ultramatic is just the best transmission ever, for the durability and for how is the response when you ride it (when you stop to push the throttle and let it go, the breaking process is perfect !) . the rear wet brake makes the job and I really appreciate to have independant front and rear brakes (+ the pedal which is all brakes). the consumption is only 8,9l/100km (13,5l/100km with the Sportsman 1000). and I feel more confident on the Kodiak because it's a little bit smaller atv, looks easier to move on it, less impressive size. I don't work with it, only leisure use. It's probably the greatest atv for working hard, but you can be sure that it can make it perfectly for leisure riding, even quite fast ! to resume all, is the Sportsman 1000 better ? YES, for sure in almost all categories of aspects. But the Kodiak seems to be better FOR ME... I hope you will appreciate my comment and it will help some persons in their choice. Hello from France Dirt Trax TV ! you are a very good channel !

Great machine! I went with the Sportsman 850… plenty of vroom f🏎️ and the 50” width keeps more options open to me.

I've had mine for a year, and I couldn't agree more. Mine hasn't denied me on any obstacle. I don't do mud, but I've had it on any terain imaginable and it just simply does it effortless. You'll definitely be going a lot faster than you realize. I can't find 1 single complaint from tires up.
  • I have the first generation of this bike with the walker Evans shocks and it is hands down the best ever!!! People always mention the width but I ride everywhere and me and my crew even times make our own trail and the width never has ever been an issue ever! So if you are worried about that then trust me its no issue at all. I live in Louisiana and we tend to make our own trails all the time and the only issue you'll face is deep water where I live. I solved that with a stealth snorkel kit and it goes through any and everything you can throw at it. Love it and its one of my greatest purchases ever. So the price may bother some but trust me its worth every penny if your really into riding atv's
  • And yes it does sound great with aftermarket exhaust. I have the rjwc single on mines with the dyno jet pv3 tuner. It made it even better all the way around woke it up even more. Runs a lower temps and all.

I have a 2022 Sportsman XP 1000 S, it's only my second 4 wheeler upgraded from a sportsman XP 850. I like you, have nothing but great things to say about it! I'm 6'1" 425 lbs and there is no lack of power or comfort.

I absolutely love my 22 1000 S, but when they changed the description after I took delivery in Nov of 21 of the Walkers, it was really disappointing. Besides the walker issue I love everything about it.
