Really tasty looking ducks and chicken from HK takeout. Remarkable skill and experience on the part of the server who can wield that heavy cleaver as if it was an extension of his arm. Chopping consistent pieces quickly takes some skill and experience. It is all marvelous.

I've been to Hong Kong and will never visit this rude city again. Even a food stall in my country manned by a Hong Kong middle-aged man is rude. He doesn't respond to customers saying thank you. He purposely looks away. Once, the China cook took the dish out for me. He smiled and said, "Be careful. It's hot. Thank you".
