I think making a book that is a romance targeted at 60 year old women and thinking that the plot should be like a Rick and Morty episode was a bad choice.

As an amateur writer myself (Or at least someone with basic knowledge of writing) seeing Drae pick ALL THE WRONG SLIDERS FOR THE BOOK HE'S WRITING pains me so freakin much, like he had it on a silver platter with the Dilbert story if he'd invested into world building instead 😭😭😭

Aside from the graphics and competing, this is nothing like turmoil. It's a game dev tycoon game on a 1:1 scale but with books.

It's an interesting game. A bit different. It might get repetitive very quickly though. This is a game which could really benefit from AI.

It feels inspired by game dev tycoon. You need to apply a little genre savviness to know which combos will work best and what you should focus on when it comes to the plot. Also, I think research is like the reflection option in GDT, you just use it before hand to findout if your combo is good.
